Webcraeft is a Web Design Agency specialising in designing, developing and managing websites using the Wix Developer platform. We provide website services that range from creating an entirely new website and website re-design's. We design and build websites that we would consider 'classic websites' (under five pages with classic functionality) and 'advanced websites' which might include some level of coding for a bespoke or unique function or by installing and building additional features to your site such as a shopping cart and e-commerce, payment functions, subscriptions, bookings, job and diary management, customer relationship management tools, blogs, memberships and more. Webcraeft not only designs and builds websites but should a client require a whole new uplift, we have the ability and skillset to revise a clients entire branding and create logos, branding and marketing material where required. As a Wix Partner, there isn't much we don't know about Wix Studio or the classic Wix Editor. We assist our clients in ongoing support, fixing bugs, upgrading pages and support our customers in educating them about the use of Wix and to enable them to operate their websites self-sufficiently.

This varies considerably. However, all of our website projects are completed within eight weeks. This does not mean that it will take eight weeks if it can be accomplished sooner and our team can discuss your requirements and expectations during our Discovery Session.

Yes! Absolutely we can and this service is one that we all get very excited about here at Webcraeft. We love to support our customers in giving their companies or projects a slight uplift and it's a great opportunity for us to be really creative whilst ensuring that we stay true to the existing brand. All of our websites are designed using the Wix Development Platform which means that all you would need to do is jump onto Wix.com and set yourself up an account. We can take care of the rest.

We have three base packages. We do however encourage all of our customers to check in with us on a Fifteen-Minute Discovery Call. This is a great opportunity to learn a little bit about your needs and what you would like. From this, we would tailor a package, unique to your circumstances and objectives. Our packages range from 'Classic Website', 'Level Up' and 'Advanced Website'. All of these packages include a fresh, bespoke and effective new design with simple and easy to use content management software which allows our customers to edit their sites and make updates as they see fit. All of our sites include a responsive design and basic SEO setup to ensure that search engines find your site and in turn, your customers can also. With 'Level up', your website can have between six to ten pages, new branding including a logo and we install contact forms on your site to ensure that your clients can communicate with you simply and effectively. With 'Advanced Website', we can include functionality on your site such as an online store, booking system, diary system, customer or members pages and more. All of our sites also include four weeks post-project completion support. All projects receive four weeks of additional support to get you used to your new site.

We have broken the design process down into phases that include: Onboarding We will arrange an onboarding call to meet and discuss your overall objectives and needs. This is a good opportunity for us to find out about you and your project, your aims and objectives and to discuss details about the process and any other questions you might have. Scope Definition Once we have established the goals and objectives of your new site we can discuss what you would like to see on your website. This can include the overall look of your site, what web pages you require and your features and functionality such as a blog, online store, bookings, subscriptions and more. Wireframe With your specification and instruction, we will design a sitemap and wireframe to visualise how the site will work and discover the content we will need for each page. Visual Elements Your website is starting to take shape! Now it's time to start working on your visual brand. We will work collaboratively with you to design a website that looks and feels as you imagined it would and maintaining a unique, creative and modern design. Delivery Once the site has been designed and you have approved the final design phase, we will test your site for bugs, for failed links and it's responsiveness on a number of browsers and devices*. ​ We will help you select a subscription package that suits your needs and will launch your website. Absolutely. Your website will be fully responsive. It will be tested on a range of desktop browsers, tablets and mobile phones. Our customers are responsible for their website domain and hosting which allows for freedom of choice and to look for competitive pricing. We will of course advise and support you when it comes to this stage if this hasn't been arranged prior to the website design project.

We will ensure that with all of our sites, SEO is completed to a standard level and within the native tools that the Wix development platform provides. Wix’s infrastructure aligns with the needs of search engine crawlers/bots in order to best support site performance, giving you a solid head start when it comes to SEO. This includes server-side rendering and the creation of customizable URLs. Wix creates and maintains your XML sitemap, keeping all your site info, pages, and the relationships between them up-to-date. Plus, all your images are instantly compressed, resized, and converted to WebP for accelerated page loading. Wix gives us the freedom to use or modify default meta tags, URL structure and slugs, structured data markup and more SEO settings. Additionally, you can create your own SEO logic and apply it across multiple pages of the same type instead of editing each page individually. We will ensure that your meta tags, H1 tags, alt tags, URL structure and slugs are completed.

Webcraeft provides a period of four weeks of support following completion of your website and at the point of 'go live'. Webcraeft does not charge a monthly fee for your site. There is however a subscription cost for all websites hosted by Wix.com which can be as little as £9 per month. We suggest to all of our customers that they should speak to us before purchasing a monthly subscription for two reasons. The first is that dependant on the type of website that you would like to purchase, some of the subscriptions that Wix provide will not be sufficiently equipped for the functionality that you require. For example, an e-commerce website requires an e-commerce subscription type. The second reason is that if there are discounts available, as a Wix Partner, we will likely know about them. With all of our projects, Webcraeft charge a deposit of 50% of the overall project sum. This amount is required before the project begins. The remainder of the project sum will be due at the end of the project and prior to 'Go Live'. Webcraeft customers now also have the ability to use Klarna which means that you can pay in three, equal amounts to Klarna. At the point of confirmation of the first payment, your project can begin.
